Question:

2009 Itasca Navion IQ Two problems noted on my last RV trip. First symptom, steps didnt always auto retract. Second, step motor continues to run when the steps are fully retracted after closing the door. I assume its the controller. On label PN is 1800707 Rev OE Warranty PN is 909510000 Date code 08J161

The issue with the Kwikee Steps on your Itasca Navion IQ is actually the motor, not the controller. The problem with the motor is that it is not arching out which is then what sends the signal for the steps to shut off. Therefore, the Replacement Motor for Kwikee Electric RV Steps part # LC379147 is what you need to fix your steps based on those symptoms. However, if something goes wrong down the line we have the controller as well with the Replacement Control Unit for Kwikee Electric RV Steps part # LC379146 but I don't think this is your issue now.
