Is it possible to purchase just the removable draw bar arms? NOT portion that bolts to vehicle, I have base plate but it is missing arms that accept arms from Roadmaster Eagle 8000 tow bar.

Yes, the Roadmaster Replacement Arms for Base Plate Kits part # RM-ARMS can be used to replace the removable arms on a Roadmaster Base Plate Kit so you can then use the Roadmaster Eagle 8000 Tow Bar on a 2008 Jeep Wrangler. That said, the base plate sticker must be present in order for this option to work otherwise you would just need to obtain the Roadmaster Direct-Connect Base Plate Kit part # 1429-3.
