Can the Edge EvoHT2 Hand-Held Performance Tuner Increase Idle RPM's

Question:
does this model have the option to bump the idle speed up momentarily to say 2000 rpm for charging batterys

The Edge EvoHT2 Hand-Held Performance Tuner part # EP16040 does give the ability to increase idle RPM's which would then in-turn spin the crank faster thereby generating more power to the alternator. However, this increased idle RPM's is only present on start-up and is done so automatically. It cannot be adjusted or turned on/off manually.
