Question:

I had a new sway bar put on at camper place and it bent the plate away from A frame. I did not make any tight corners! Iplease help, I now have to take it back to them, he asked on phone if I made any tight corners and I did not!

When you say sway bar I believe you are asking about The Reese friction sway control like part # 83660. If you did not make any tight corners and the plate is bent then the tension could have been set to aggressively. Sway bars like the Reese # 83660 and Curt part # 17200 are also not designed for backing up so if someone backed up with it connected then the plate can bend. Another reason is the plate was simply not torqued down properly.
