I'm looking to get a hitch for my 2019 volkswagen tiguan but I do not want to cut into the bumper or the bottom part at all, can you recommend the hitch I need?

There is one hitch that fits your 2019 Volkswagen Tiguan which does not require any type of trimming of the bumper or the plastic fascia, the Curt Trailer Hitch Receiver # C13381, which is why I recommend it for your Tiguan.

This hitch installs very simply by removing factory bolts from underneath the vehicle, raising the hitch up and into place, and reinstalling the bolts. It is about as easy as it gets to install a trailer hitch, as you can see by the linked video of the hitch being installed on a Tiguan as well as the linked installation instructions.
