The Buyers Products 30 Ton Pintle Hook part # 337PH30 is designed for a lunette ring that has a 2-3/8" to 3" inner diameter with 1-3/8" to 1-5/8" diameter section such as the Buyers Products Heavy-Duty Forged 4-Bolt Mount Lunette Ring part # 337BDB1394.

I have attached a dimensional drawing for you as well as a list of other options if the above will not work.
