If I already have the 7 pin and 4 pin on my Tundra, do I have to install the bracket and new connectors, or can I separate the connector that is coming from the truck, from the connector that the trailer plugs into and then connect it to the preexisting 7 and 4 pin on my truck? Thank you in advance

Looks like you are looking for just the 7-way and 4-way connector from the picture you sent in which we have the exact one you have now with part # HM40975 for an easy replacement.
This will plug right into the round connector you have and will also easily attach to the bracket.
