CARR has a really great set of steps that are a confirmed fit for your 2019 Ford Transit T250 with the part # CARR451001 but the set you referenced # CARR104501 is not a confirmed fit so I would not recommend attempting to install them.
I attached a picture of what the # CARR451001 looks like installed for you to check out as well.
