F500138 will this fit on a 3/4 od axle?

The Fulton trailer jack wheel, # F500138, is designed for use with Fulton F2-series swing-up jack with twin-track wheels. But I went out to the warehouse to measure the center hole and a 3/4 inch diameter axle would fit. The hole is just slightly larger than 3/4 inches.
