Can you tell me if Curt makes the M20 82213822 hitch for Ram. And if so what is the curt part number. Thank you

Curt does indeed make the factory 5th wheel hitches for your 2018 Ram 2500, and they are essentially a re-brand of their Q-Series models. The equivalent for the M20 that you mentioned is the Curt Q20 5th Wheel Hitch # C16530-16021, which will drop right into the factory pucks in the truck bed (see attached image).

This hitch is also available with a higher 24,000 pound towing capacity with the Curt Q24 # C16545-16021.
