Im looking for a threaded hitch pin with a lock to fit a Swagman XC2. Will this pin work?

I do have exactly what you need, however, the # HE6001 will not work because hitch bike rack locks are brand specific.
For your Swagman XC2 bike rack # S64650 (for 1-1/4" and 2" Trailer Hitches) you need the Locking Anti-Rattle, Threaded Hitch Pin for Swagman Hitch Racks part # S64029.
To secure your rack to the hitch as well as the bikes to the rack you can use the hitch and cable lock combo instead, that is part # S64031.
