Question:

Hello, just wanted to make sure the Curt C13381 will fit on the Tiguan with 4motion? Saw something about other types not fitting the 4motion models. Thanks

Yes, as long as your 2019 Volkswagen Tiguan 4Motion is a model S, SE, SEL or SEL Premium, the Curt # C13381 Trailer Hitch will fit perfectly. Just note that the hands-free liftgate sensor will be limited to either side of the receiver as the 2 inch square receiver will interfere with it in the center.

If you're planning on towing a trailer, I recommend the Curt T-Connector Vehicle Wiring Harness with 4-Pole Flat # C56403 to power up your trailer lights. This is the only custom harness currently available for your 2019 Tiguan. It easily plugs in directly to the matching connectors behind your tail lights. It includes extra wire to allow you to run a hot lead to your battery to protect your vehicle's electrical system. For a ball mount with a 2-1/4" rise, a pre-torqued 2" ball and a pin and clip, use # C45155.
