The Better Bath Single Bowl RV Kitchen Sink - 26" Long x 16" Wide - Stainless Steel # LC385313 is designed to be an undermount sink, which is where I think the confusion might be coming. I saw both of the answers you were looking at, and one just specifies this is an undermount but doesn't outright say it cannot be used as a top mount. The sink can be used as a top mount but you are going to want to be sure that you have a cut out that is as close as possible to the sink's inside dimensions of 25" long x 13-7/8" wide because it only has a 1" lip for mounting.
As a note, since this sink does not have a built-in drain strainer I do recommend adding the LaSalle Bristol RV Sink Drain Strainer Basket # 34439166.
