Question:

2008 ram 1500 with 7way in bumber from factory want to add one in bed for fifthwheel but still want to use on e on bumber what do i need

Actually, the # HM42137 that you looked at is exactly what you need. This harness will plug inline at the connection where the 7-way on your back bumper plugs into the truck's tow package harness, right behind the connector itself as shown in the video I've linked for you. Once installed, both the trailer connector in the bed and the one on the bumper will be operational. It's a very simple install that'll take less than an hour.
