Yes, the Reese Universal Outboard Base Rails part # RP30153 will fit a 2018 Ram 2500 Mega Cab with RamBox and Factory Air Ride Suspension. I called Reese to confirm this for you. Please note, you will need special brackets to use the outboards rails as well so if you don't already have these it will be best to just go with the Reese Quick-Install Custom Outboard Installation Kit w/ Base Rails part # RP56009-53.
The above kit does not require drilling into the frame and since they are outboard rails will be the easiest to install.
