The Pollak # PK25370 is designed to fit a standard toggle switch which is what appears to be on your winch. It is compatible with switches that have a 15/32 or .4688 diameter threaded mounting stem. If you have access to a digital caliper like # PTW80157, it'll be easy to get that diameter off your existing switch.
Unfortunately, RV's and campers aren't like passenger vehicles that have a ready reference that tells you which model uses these parts. If you could reply with the model number of your winch, I'd be happy to look into it further for you.
