From the looks of the product number you supplied it looks like you have a Klauber A-300 motor for your slide out. I talked to Lippert and they mentioned the "k01405" in the first part of the serial number signifies who Klauber sold the part to- your RV manufacturer. You can get the replacement for the A-300 motor with part number # LC157511
