Having issues with my backup sensors after installing the wiring kit HM11143885. Sensors do not seem to function.

Based on how the Hopkins Plug-In Simple Vehicle Wiring Harness with 4-Pole Connector # HM11143885 installs it should not have any affect on the backup sensors. Most likely what happened is the harness of the sensors got disturbed when you installed this kit. I'd recommend going over the install and seeing if you can find where the sensor might have gotten unplugged or damaged.
