Will this cover fit a 2019 Ram 2500 Limited Crew Cab with the below listed factory optional equipement: 1. Bed utility group 2 multi-function tailgate This vehicle does not have a RamBox.... Thanks.

Yes, the BAKFlip G2 Hard Tonneau Cover # BAK226227 is compatible with your 2019 Ram 2500 Limited Crew Cab (no RamBox) with the bed utility group and the multi-function tailgate.
I reached out to my contact at BAK Industries who said that the multi-function tailgate has brackets at the corners of the tailgate that you need to remove for this to fit. He wasn't aware of this affecting how the tailgate will operate but he did say that they are compatible with each other.
