Can Go Power 1,500 Watt Inverter be Wired Into Transfer Switch in Place of Generator

Question:
Quick question,,,my fifth wheel is pre wired for a generator so it has a transfer switch,,,can I wire my 1500 go power invertor into the transfer switch since i will never install a generator

Since a transfer switch will only switch between two ac sources, if your initial transfer switch only has shore power connected to it then you could wire in the Go Power Inverter # 34279950 you referenced to provide power to the coach. You need to be conscious of what loads you try to run using the inverter (being careful not to exceed 1500 watts).
Be sure to wire the converter into the switch and be mindful that you don’t want the converter to be powered by the inverter. Pulling power from the battery to charge it again does not work very well.
