I like this cover but looking for a truck rack that would install on the truck rails so it doesnt interfere with the cover. I need the rack to be easily removable when not needed.

The best ladder rack for your 2019 Chevy Silverado 2500 using the Truxedo X15 Soft Roll-Up Tonneau # TX1473301 (short bed) or # TX1472201 (long bed) will be the Thule TracRac Sliding Truck Bed Ladder Rack # TH43002XT-780 .
The Thule TracRac sliding ladder rack allows you to slide the rear support forward/backwards along the bed rails for maximum flexibility and will easily remove from the T- track rails so you can take it off when it's not in use. This rack mounts within the stake pockets for a no-drill installation and is made from a lightweight, corrosion resistant aluminum. The TracRac comes with 4 load stops included that mount in the slots on the cross bars so you won't need to purchase additional hardware to carry ladders, kayaks or whatever else you'd like.
