Question:
Hello. I am considering adding a trailer hitch to my 2018 Gulfstream vintage cruiser. Will this work? Also I have a motorcycle carrier on the front of my car to carry my scooter. I have weighed the camper and car with scooter mounted. If I want to add the weight of this trailer hitch to my towing capacity calculation do I need to consider the scooter and its carrier that is on the front of the car in the cars max capacity? Or is it excluded because it isnt being towed it is carried on the front? Thanks

We have hitches that are designed to fit the rear of RVs like your 2018 Gulfstream Vintage Cruiser but the hitch part # 13322 that you referenced would not be the correct option as it is for fitting the rear of a vehicle. Instead your best options is the multi-fit hitch # 13703 which is adjustable and is designed to fit frame widths between 22 and 72 inches. I looked up the rear of your trailer and as long as there's 12 inches between the end of the frame and the stabilizer jacks this hitch should fit. This hitch weighs 99 lbs.
I attached an install video of this hitch on a similar Gulf Stream trailer for you to check out as well.
Your trailer towing capacity wouldn't be affected by the front hitch and carrier setup you have now. Your tow vehicle's trailer towing capacity does not need that factored in.
