Yes, your 2019 Ford Fiesta with an automatic transmission can be flat towed. I took a look at the owner's manual and on page 156 it details that this is possible and the steps you need to take in order to flat tow your '19 Fiesta. You will need to take a look at your own copy of the manual to check out what those are.
