Is Everchill Wine Cooler Really Better for RV Applications than Standard Fridge

Is there something unique in the construction or operation that makes it special for RVs vs. a regular one I can buy in the store?

The Everchill Wine Cooler # 324-000115 is more or less a standard wine cooler but it was made with the tighter space limitations that RVs have in mind as well as has a bit of a stronger magnet in the door which helps keep it closed.

So is this actually a refrigerator or a wine cooler? I just purchased a solitude and was told by the dealer it’s a refrigerator but I can’t keep anything cold. I put a thermometer in it and can’t get it below 60 degrees inside on an 85 degree day
