I saw that your end caps are for the tundra for certain years. Do you have replacement caps for a 2006 Tacoma Lo Pro cover on a 5 ft. 2inch bed?

Yes, to replace the rail end caps for the TruXedo Lo Pro Tonneau Cover # TX555901 on your 2006 Tacoma you will need part # TX1118097 for the Right Side and # TX1118096 for the Left Side. These are direct replacement parts and will work perfectly with your existing cover.
