what makes this kit for off road only compared to others

The MagnaFlow Cat-Back Exhaust you referenced, part # MF17107 is an off-road only application due to the fact that the system has no tail pipe in the typical sense, with the outlet being immediately after the muffler under the truck bed.
The system is very loud, according to my contact at MagnaFlow, which is why it is not appropriate for on-road use.
