Amperage Draw of Go Power Industrial Pure Sine Wave Inverter Charger # 34280055 Turned On
Published 08/26/2019 >
Question:
After more trouble shooting I found out that it was the factory installed Converter. When I made a block diagram of what was going on it was easy to figure out. With the Converter turned on it was trying to charge the batteries and the inverter was supplying AC to the Converter, so it was one big loop. Once I turned off the Converter everything worked like it should. Your equipment and installation works as it is supposed to. Thanks for getting back to me.

I am not sure how you are measuring the amps draw of the Go Power Industrial Pure Sine Wave Inverter Charger # 34280055 but it sounds like you might actually be seeing the milliamp draw instead of the amp draw. Which 74 milliamps is .074 amps and 133 milliamps is .133 amps which would be about right for just turning the unit on.
