The K-Source Panoramic Aspheric Rearview Mirror # KSRM1100 that you referenced is a pretty universal item that's designed to clamp over the factory mirror on just about anything on the road. I went out to our warehouse so I could take a couple measurements on the adjustable spring-loaded brackets to see what range it will fit.
I found that as long as the factory mirror in your 1955 Crown Victoria isn't any shorter than 2-1/4 inches or taller than 3 inches it will work perfectly.
