According to Curt the trailer hitch # C11281 does fit your 2015 Dodge Dart SXT.

If you're adding the hitch to carry a bike rack I recommend the Swagman Trailhead, part # S63360. It's a great economical rack that folds up when you're not using it and tilts away when you want to access the Dart's trunk. It carries up to 35 pound bikes and can have locks added using part # S64031.

I've linked a video of the 4-bike version of the Trailhead for you on a Dart so you can get an idea of how it looks. You also may need a bike frame adapter bar, like part # 64005, if any of your bikes don't have the straight crosstube to hang it from.
