If you are asking if the Camco RV Drain Valve for 1/2" or 3/8" Diameter Drain Hose - Male NPT Thread # CAM22243 can be used to drain your RV's fresh water tank the answer is absolutely it can so long as you are able to thread it into a 1/2 inch or 3/8 inch drain hose.
