We have yet to have any complaints about Curt trailer hitch # C12172 interfering with the hands-free liftgate on your 2019 Lexus NX 300. On nearly every vehicle with this feature (including yours) the solution is to simply kick your foot to either side of the hitch opening to activate the feature.
I attached an install video for this hitch on a similar 2019 Lexus NX 300 just like yours.
