Will my tracrac #TH27000XTB be compatible with bakflip g2 hard cover on a 2017 F250?

I have an option that will allow you to fit a Thule TracRac ladder rack on your 2017 Ford F-250 but you have to go with the sliding TracRac ladder rack part # TH43003XT-000 that you referenced as it fits through the top of the truck bed rails and allows clearance for a tonneau to fit.
Now the only tonneau cover we know fits and clears well with this rack is the BAK Revolver part # BAK49ZR as it's rail system is far enough to the inside of the bed rails that it can roll up without interfering with the base rails of the ladder rack.
