Will this fit yakama overhaul had cross bars

According to Yakima, the # Y07413 will indeed fit. It'll be a tight fit, but a fit. From what Yakima tells me, when they're wrapped around the crossbar, just enough of the Velcro will fit together for a secure fit, but the hook and loop portion won't completely overlap.
