Switching crossbar on 2013 Honda CR-V to a 2014 Honda CR-V, will they match

I believe you are referring to the crossbar for the Roadmaster Sterling Tow Bar # RM-576 that you were looking at. This crossbar is compatible with any Roadmaster crossbar-style vehicle-mounted base plates so it will certainly work on both a 2013 and 2014 Honda CR-V.

If you happen to already have the Roadmaster Crossbar-Style Base Plate Kit # RM-521567-4 for the 2013 CR-V you will be able to switch it right over to the 2014 model as the same kit fits both vehicles.

Keep in mind too that the crossbar for the Roadmaster Sterling Tow Bar can also be removed to attach to Roadmaster Direct-Connect Base Plate Kits. I have attached a couple short video demonstrations that you can check out as well.
