Just looking to add support/org on my current THule Canyon XT. Would this fit or is there a Thule equivalent accessories like this one?

The Yakima Accessory Bar # Y07353 that you referenced is designed specifically for certain model Yakima baskets and unfortunately isn't the right size to fit your Thule model # TH859XT. There is not a similar support bar available for this particular basket. The only other add-on available, which you might already have, is the extension piece # TH8591XT which extends the length of the basket by 20 inches.
If you're needing the support bar to help keep your items in place in the basket you might consider a cargo net like the # CS54FR that simply gets stretched around your cargo and attached to the basket's side rails.
