The most cost effective system we have for your 2018 Kia Sedona is going to be the Rhino-Rack Vortex Aero Crossbar Roof Rack part # RRVA137B-2 and part # RRSX023. Although cost effective, the Rhino-Rack system does not lack quality and it is very easy to use. It also comes with locks which are extra for most other options.
In order to mount two kayaks, you will need to use one saddle style carrier, the Rhino-Rack Nautic Roof Kayak Carrier part # RR570 for the heavier kayak and then a j-style for the other hopefully lighter kayak, the Rhino-Rack J-Style Kayak Carrier part # S510. This will ensure you can fit both kayaks on the roof rack. There is also a load assist you can add, the Rhino-Rack Universal Load Assist part # RR-RUSL.
I know this might be more than you are looking to spend but it does take quite a bit to be able to secure two kayaks to a roof, especially one nearing 100 lbs. If you are only going a few miles down the road then you can get away with foam blocks like the Malone Deluxe Kayak Carrier with Tie-Downs part # MPG152 but these are not meant for long trips.
