i just bought the reese sidewinder from you,and have a bandw patriot 16 kw hitch,which way do i use the wedge on the sidewinder

The Sidewinder Wedge to use with the B and W Patriot Hitch # BWRVK3200 is the part # SWW-06 for the best fit, quietest/smoothest ride quality and easiest install. The narrow end of this faces the king pin on the pin box.
