What is the max amperage and wattage allowed on this harness??

The Hopkins Endurance Easy-Pull Harness part # HM38136 uses 18 gauge wire for all but the ground circuit and it comes with a 25' long lead therefore it will max out at around 5 amps or 60 watts.
