Will the thule snowpack extender fit side-by-side with a thule pulse l cargo box? My crossbars are thule wingbar evo 150

The two should fit no problem on the crossbars you have.
The Thule Wingbar Evo crossbars # TH711500 that you have are 60 inches long and the Thule SnowPack Extender Ski and Snowboard Carrier part # TH7325 would take up around 30 inches of bars space give or take. Since the attachment brackets are several inches towards the middle of the rack and are adjustable it's hard to give an exact amount of bar space they take up.
The Thule Pulse # TH615 is 33 inches wide and can also hang over the edge of the crossbars a bit too so you have room there as well.
