Will Fulton Single Axle Trailer Fender Hold Up Well to UV Rays
Updated 07/17/2019 | Published 07/15/2019 >
Question:
Are these fenders coated or otherwise stabilized to be UV resistant? How long approximately can I expect them to last in the Midwest before they become brittle from the sun and fall apart.

The Fulton Single Axle Trailer Fender # F008541 that you referenced doesn't have any specific UV treatment/coating but they are made of high-density polyethylene, which is particularly good at withstanding high temperatures and the potentially damaging effect of UV rays.
It's hard to say exactly how long these will last through brutal Midwestern summers (we know all about them) but I can tell you that I spent a good while looking through customer reviews for this particular fender and the other color models we have from Fulton and wasn't able to find a single one that mentioned them fading or falling apart. In fact I found quite a few "1 year later" reviews that described them looking exactly as they did the day they were installed.
I have attached a short video review that you can check out as well.
