Want to purchase bearing buddies for my Toy Hauler axles, the bore is 2.435 inches which model will fit it?

If you have a hub bore that measures 2.435 inches the closest fitting Bearing Buddy would be the part # BB2441 that you referenced. That said your dimension is slightly smaller so you might have to really press the Bearing Buddy on.
