While we do have what will work for you, both the wheel and tire need to have the capacity to handle that much weight and if you have 15 inch wheels, there are no tires that will fit which have the needed capacity. We also do not carry any wheels with a 6 bolt pattern that have the needed 4,000 lb capacity so you would need to change your hub to one with an 8 on 6-1/2" bolt pattern. That would allow you to use the Taskmaster Steel 10-Spoke Trailer Wheel - 16" x 6" - 8 on 6-1/2 - White, Item # TTW660865WS4 for the wheel and then the Provider ST235/85R16 Radial Trailer Tire - Load Range G, Item # TTWPRG235R16 for the tire. We do not have these pre-mounted so you would have to have them mounted at a local shop. This combination of tire and wheel has a 4,400 pound capacity at 110 psi.
In order to find the correct replacement hubs for your trailer you need to know the weight rating of your axle, and also what bearings your current hub has. You will need to take apart your current hub assembly and look at the bearings themselves; wipe away the grease and you should be able to see the part number stamped directly on them. If you are unable to find them, you need to use a digital caliper to measure your spindle to the thousandths of an inch where the bearings and grease seal ride. You can use the photo I've attached to see exactly where you need to measure.
For example, if you have an 8,000 lb axle with spindle that has an inner bearing or 25580, outer bearing 02475 and a grease seal measurement of 2.25" you could use the Trailer Hub and Drum Assembly - 8,000-lb Axles - 12-1/4" Diameter - 8 on 6-1/2 # AKHD-865-8-K.
If you get back to me with this information I'd be happy to try and help you find the correct hub.
