I have a ‘15 Crosstrek with factory bars... is there any way to fit this rack to the existing bars??

Inno's Shaper 80 Roof Cargo Basket # INXA568 is an aluminum channel-mount type that will only fit on roof rack bars that have a top channel designed to accept such accessories. Some aftermarket roof racks like the Rhino-Rack Vortex (parts # RRVA118B-2 and # RRSX100) have such a channel in their crossbars but based on my research your Crosstrek factory bars do not have this feature.

Although we don't have an Inno basket to fit your factory bars we do have other brands of rooftop carrier that will fit your Subaru factory roof rack. All baskets compatible with factory bars are shown on the linked page. I also linked a helpful article.

Rhino-Rack's carrier # RMCB is very close in size and price to the Inno but it does weigh more at 31-lbs. It will fit bars that are as large as 3-1/2-inches wide x 1-1/2-inches tall. This will work for you as long as your bars are within this size range and as long as their center-to-center bar spread falls between 21 and 30-inches.

Rhino-Rack also offers an aluminum Pioneer Platform Rack # RR42115BF which will mount to your factory roof rack thanks to its universal mounting hardware. This 58 x 46-inch carrier is a lot bigger than the Inno but it still weighs only 38-lbs thanks to the aluminum construction.
