Can 3 Adult Bikes Be Loaded Onto Swagman Original Bike Rack # S64152-2

Question:

I would like to see a picture of this bike rack holding 3 adult bikes. I asked lots of questions before buying the rack and adapter bars for ladies bikes. Imagine my surprise after we spent 300$ On it and bought 2 of 3 bikes to have swagman tell me 3 adult bikes will not fit !! Wish I had gotten that information 700$ ago

I am sorry to hear about the issue's you're having with the Swagman Original Bike Rack # S64152-2. We have not heard anything from Swagman or from customers saying that the rack is not designed to secure 3 adult bikes. I did also reach out to my contact at Swagman and he said that you can indeed put 3 adult bikes onto this carrier.

I have attached a couple images, one from when we did an install and one from a customer, that shows 3 full size bikes mounted to the carrier.

When loading the bikes you will want to make sure that you alternate the direction of the handlebars to provide proper clearance. If all of your bikes are identical in size and model you might run into some issues with the handlebars making contact but they should still be able to secure to the rack without issue.
