The dimensions of the Better Bath Single Bowl RV Bathroom Sink # LC209358 are shown on the photo I linked for your reference.

Installing this sink requires an oval counter opening that measures 5/8-inch smaller than the exterior dimensions shown (in red) in the photo. These oval hole dimensions would then be approximately 16-1/8 x 19-1/8. Brackets, hardware, and the pre-installed mounting studs are included to secure the sink to the counter.

If you need to install this in a new counter top that does not have a hole you can lay the sink down on that surface in an upside down position and then trace around the circumference. That will give you a guide for cutting the opening, leaving that 5/8-inch space intact all around the sink. You can also use the sink as a template for making the three holes for the plumbing.
