If you are looking to replace the camera so that it works with your monitor # RVS-6139N that you referenced, it looks like your current camera resembles part # RVS-775R. Since you are having trouble getting a camera feed on your monitor and it looks like the wiring for your camera might be damaged this would be the correct replacement camera for your application.
