Replacement Faucet Handle for RV with Round Shaft with Flat Side

Question:
This look like a direct replacement for faucet handles in my RV, but I would like confirmation. What are the dimensions of this product? Height, outside diameter, inside diameter would be helpful. What shape stems do these handles accept? The stems on my current faucets are like a 3/4 smooth circle with a flat edge. They are not geared/toothed like the Phoenix brand handles. Thanks!
