Is the CIPA Custom Towing Mirror Fully Adjustable

Question:
Does the face of this mirror adjust in or out and up and down? Is it just fixed and however you adjust your factory mirror affects it?

The face of the mirror is indeed fully adjustable. The OEM (factory) mirror can be adjusted as well, which will affect the adjustment of the CIPA towing mirror.
Make sure the factory mirror on your 1993 Chevy truck looks exactly like the mirror shown in the provided photo.
