The Air Lift kit part # AL59507 that you referenced does require some frame drilling to install. Basically you need to first drill 5/16 inch pilot holes in the frame so that you can then drill in the included self-tapping screws.
If you check step 5 of the attached install instructions you'll see this step explained.
