Is theres hidden hitch for this model?

We do have trailer hitch receivers to fit your 2016 Audi A3 but none from Hidden Hitch. Hidden Hitch is actually a discontinued brand name that was owned by Horizon Global (formerly Cequent), which is the same company that owns Draw-Tite. A lot of Draw-Tite hitches we carry for older vehicles are just copies of the old Hidden Hitches that were once available for the same vehicle. We don't currently have a Draw-Tite hitch for your Audi.
However, we do have a very similar Curt hitch # C11399 as a confirmed hitch for your 2016 Audi A3. I assume you're looking for a less conspicuous hitch others which is why you were looking for Hidden Hitch. The Curt has a hidden cross tube so all you see is the receiver opening underneath the rear bumper. I've linked the installation details for you.
